Slavery, slavery, slavery
I got a 500 page "rush order" at work the other day. The only thing that is good about it is that it is a box and a half of records having to do with slaves. I was hoping to see some exciting stuff about slaves killing massa' and other such shenanigans. But most of it is white people being indicted for selling liquor to slaves, trading with slaves, or playing cards with slaves. They even had a form printed up for indicting people for selling liquor to slaves, so I guess it happened a lot.
